Hi, I am Grace!

I’m an IBCLC and Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping families navigate breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding with confidence and compassion. My approach blends evidence-based care with a deep respect for the emotional journey of new parenthood — because feeding your baby should feel supported, not stressful.

Whether you’re preparing for your first latch, working through challenges, or adjusting as your baby grows, I’m here to guide you with expertise, encouragement, and grace.

  • Why Work with an IBCLC?
  • Why work with an IBCLC who is also an RDN?

Breastfeeding and infant feeding are beautiful, but they can also be overwhelming, emotional, and full of unexpected challenges. An IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) is the highest level of professional lactation support — trained to help families navigate everything from normal newborn behavior to complex feeding issues.

Working with an IBCLC means you have someone who can:

  • Assess the full feeding picture, including latch, positioning, milk transfer, pumping, oral function, and maternal health.

  • Identify the root cause of pain, low supply, slow weight gain, or feeding difficulties — not just manage the symptoms.

  • Create an individualized care plan tailored to your goals, your baby’s needs, and your family’s reality.

  • Collaborate with your healthcare team, including pediatricians, therapists (OT/PT/ST), or other providers when needed.

  • Support you emotionally, recognizing that feeding is not just physical — it’s vulnerable, personal, and deeply connected to your postpartum well-being.

An IBCLC gives you evidence-based care, a compassionate approach, and the reassurance that you’re not alone in this journey.

No matter your goal — breastfeeding, combo feeding, exclusive pumping, or simply getting through today — I’m here to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered.

When your lactation consultant is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you get expert support that goes beyond breastfeeding. An RDN brings advanced training in human nutrition, infant feeding, growth, digestion, and maternal nutrition — allowing you to receive holistic, evidence-based guidance in one place.

Working with an IBCLC-RDN means you have someone who can:

  • Assess your baby’s growth and nutrition needs with clinical accuracy, whether they’re exclusively breastfed, combo-fed, bottle-fed, or starting solids.

  • Support parents through complex feeding situations, including food allergies, weight concerns, bottle refusal, or digestive issues.

  • Guide you in maternal nutrition, including supporting milk supply, healing postpartum, or meeting your own health goals.

  • Bridge the gap between feeding and nutrition, offering big-picture care that aligns lactation, pumping, and starting solids into one cohesive plan.

With dual training, you get a provider who sees the whole picture — your baby’s feeding skills, your milk supply, your nutritional needs, and your family’s goals — all with compassionate, expert support.

Let's Connect!

If you’re preparing for breastfeeding, working through a challenge, or simply looking for reassurance — I’d love to walk alongside you.
