I’m an IBCLC and Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping families navigate breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding with confidence and compassion. My approach blends evidence-based care with a deep respect for the emotional journey of new parenthood — because feeding your baby should feel supported, not stressful.

Whether you’re preparing for your first latch, working through challenges, or adjusting as your baby grows, I’m here to guide you with expertise, encouragement, and grace.

Breastfeeding and infant feeding are beautiful, but they can also be overwhelming, emotional, and full of unexpected challenges. An IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) is the highest level of professional lactation support — trained to help families navigate everything from normal newborn behavior to complex feeding issues.

Working with an IBCLC means you have someone who can:

Assess the full feeding picture, including latch, positioning, milk transfer, pumping, oral function, and maternal health.
